Job Title: Maintenance Technician Specialist

The role of a Maintenance Technician Specialist at MDE Consultants Ltd involves driving line performance through corrective and proactive maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal production levels by supporting operators and working closely with the maintenance planning team.

As a Maintenance Technician Specialist, you will have a time served apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline, or be multiskilled. You should expect to become fully multi-skilled and have experience using SAP maintenance programmes. Good understanding of relevant industry standards is also essential.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, taking on a range of responsibilities without supervision. Strong communication skills are required to effectively coordinate with the operational team and report plant status.

The estimated salary for this position is £51,300 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
