Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead

Salary: £29,200 - £47,780
Bristol Street Motors Peugeot & Hyundai Banbury is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, including experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main franchised workshop.
A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 is required, along with a full UK driving licence. The Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead will work a 42 hour week, with additional over-performance bonus opportunities and company benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Vehicle Technicians in a main franchised workshop
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Coordinating workload and ensuring efficient use of resources
