Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across various platforms, including hardware, software, and network systems. They will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that all IT-related systems and infrastructure are operating efficiently.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Provide first and second-line support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
  • Evaluate and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Collaborate in the implementation of new technology projects and IT infrastructure improvements
  • Deliver training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and advancements
