Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team in Banbury, United Kingdom. As an experienced professional in automation engineering, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the Critical Control Network - CCN and systems.
Your primary objective will be to provide technical support where required, work closely with process improvement teams to deliver projects, and lead the site automation team. You will be accountable for the Critical Control Network - CCN and systems, including developing strategy, manufacturing applications support, maintenance, and development.
With at least 3-5 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment, you will possess a profound knowledge and experience of programming, development, and configuration software. Your ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team-based environment is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer system skills covering both servers and workstations, sound knowledge of IT systems including networks, data transfer, and storage. A systematic and logical approach to fault finding and problem solving is also necessary.
