A leading automotive manufacturing company is looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Technician to join its Paint Operations team in Banbury. This hands-on role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high safety, quality, timing, and cost standards.

Job Description:
  • Maintain and repair robotic paint systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Support installation projects for new technology and equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship, experience in robotic paint systems (B+M, Fanuc), and knowledge of MAFACT processes (internal training provided).

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
