Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engine Build Technician to join our team in assembling high-performance race and rally engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorsport, with experience in building and maintaining complex engine systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip, prepare, and assemble multi-cylinder race and rally engines.
  • Take the engine through the build process from stripping, cleaning, inspection, preparation, reassembly, dyno, and pre-delivery inspection.
  • Work on all areas of the engine, including cylinder heads, pumps, throttles.
  • Build engines to specification and within homologation tolerances.
  • Maintain build records and lifecheck system.
  • Keep engine build records and lifing up to date.
  • Identify and address quality issues.
  • Liaise with engineers when required.
