We're looking for a GT Car Build Technician to join our growing motorsport team, building a variety of GT3 and GT4 customer cars for international competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet strict build schedules to deliver GT3 & GT4 cars on time.
  • Ensure each build meets our high standards of safety, quality, and reliability, adhering to our build manuals and SSOW processes.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements from a lean manufacturing perspective.
  • Diagnose faults with minimal supervision and problem-solve effectively.
  • Raise and address quality issues through the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Keep car documentation and sign-off processes up to date.
  • Provide customer event support when required.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with previous experience building Race, Rally, or Prototype cars in a Motorsport or Automotive background. You'll be highly organized, with good interpersonal skills, and able to work in a high-pressure environment as part of a close-knit team. You'll have knowledge of metalwork fabrication, composite trimming and bonding, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
