Job Title: Panel Build and Composite Technician

At Prodrive, we're seeking an experienced Panel Build and Composite Technician to join our Car Build team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and assembling all carbon and composite components in the factory for various Prodrive builds, including GT, Off Road, and Heritage vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble panel sets for GT, Off Road, and Heritage vehicles
  • Trim and bond composite components
  • Work from technical drawings
  • Liaise with Engineers on technical updates
  • Liaise with the Supervisor for car and panel build specifications
  • Maintain equipment and filtration area
  • Streamline build procedures as a priority
  • Report non-conformance issues to Engineering
  • Liaise with external suppliers for paint and finishing timelines
Requirements:

We're looking for an individual with previous experience in composites or panel build for Race or Rally cars within Motorsport, Sportscar, or similar, as well as experience using Carbon Fiber. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, hardworking, and passionate about their work.
