About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Panel Build and Composite Technician to join our Car Build team at Prodrive Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling all carbon and composite components in the factory for various Prodrive builds, including GT, Off Road, and Heritage vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble panel sets for GT, Off Road, and Heritage vehicles
- Trim and bond composite components
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Liaise with Engineers on technical updates and changes
- Maintain equipment and filtration area to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Streamline build procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Report non-conformance issues to Engineering for prompt resolution
- Liaise with external suppliers for paint and finishing timelines to ensure timely delivery
