We are seeking an experienced construction technician to join Niyaa People Ltd in Banbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, multi-trade skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carpentry: Hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves and other related tasks.
  • Basic Plumbing: Fitting taps, sinks, toilets and other plumbing-related activities.
  • Plastering: Patch plastering to ensure smooth surfaces.
  • Tiling: Patch tiling to restore damaged areas.
  • Painting: Applying paint to achieve a high-quality finish.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience in carpentry, multi-trade skills, and strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary:

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
