The ideal candidate will have a QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care and previous experience as a deputy or service manager. They will be responsible for enabling people to live independent lives, inspiring them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives, and developing their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver quality service to people supported within their homes and in the community
  • Work alongside the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team
