About the Role

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement integrated market strategies for complex categories, driving significant business impact.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support the successful transition of market strategies to sourcing-led executions.
  3. Contract Management: Manage the contract life cycle, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  4. Market Recognition: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in your field.
  5. Team Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the category management team, providing guidance and support to peers.
  6. Cost Transparency: Ensure accurate and timely submission of information in required formats.

  2. Commercial Acumen: Possess strong commercial and contract management skills, with a clear understanding of best practice contract methodologies.
  3. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  5. Commercial Decision-Making: Make sound decisions on matters of significant financial value.
  6. Contract Performance Measurement: Understand contract performance measurement, risk management, and change and claim management.
