Client Support Professional

**Role Overview**
ProblemShared is seeking a skilled Client Support Professional to join our Customer Service team. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the ProblemShared platform, internal processes, and systems to support clients throughout their entire ProblemShared journey, including pre-enrolment.
- Provide ad-hoc support to our community of practitioners that fulfil our Talk Therapy pathway.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, responding to inbound queries and resolving issues efficiently.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a client/customer support role using phone and email as primary communication methods.
- Ability to handle high volumes of inbound queries while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working.
