We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Client Server, a growing tech company that provides innovative solutions to organisations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career in an influential role, collaborating with business stakeholders and software engineers to investigate the possibilities of AI and automation.

As a Business Analyst, you will take ownership of defining, documenting and delivering AI based solutions, including documentation and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with the CTO to establish and extend AI capabilities, driving business and process improvements as well as product enhancements.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and software engineers to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for AI and automation, presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, prompt engineering, and LLMs, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of Business Analysis principles, including requirements gathering, analysis, technical documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • You're naturally curious, with a passion for continually learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • You have experience working with software engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to design and deliver new products.
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
