We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Colmore Education Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Teach a range of physical activities, including team sports and individual fitness programs, to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement an age-appropriate physical education curriculum that meets the needs of students with varying abilities.
  • Promote physical well-being and health among students by organizing extracurricular sports activities and supervising after-school programs.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their physical development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Physical Education Teacher or in a related role, preferably in a SEN setting.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in physical education and fitness education.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
