Job Overview

The Corporate Solutions Sales Specialist role is a critical position at Springer Nature, responsible for accelerating our growth by securing new logos and expanding our presence within the corporate sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to sell workflow solutions or similar software products to Life Science, Pharma, Biotech companies
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing experts, and local sales teams to deliver sales results
  3. BUILD strong relationships with senior key decision influencers, such as research leaders in Life Sciences, Directors, and R&D managers
  4. Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value and overcome objections
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor sales strategies to meet customer requirements
  6. Successfully navigate complex sales cycles and compete against alternative purchase options
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solutions selling (software, research databases) with a focus on Life Science, Pharma, Biotech industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, disciplined time management, and result-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
