Corporate Solutions Sales Specialist

The Corporate Solutions Sales Specialist role is a critical position at Springer Nature, responsible for accelerating our growth by securing new logos and expanding our presence within the corporate sector.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to sell workflow solutions or similar software products to Life Science, Pharma, Biotech companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing experts, and local sales teams to deliver sales results
- BUILD strong relationships with senior key decision influencers, such as research leaders in Life Sciences, Directors, and R&D managers
- Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value and overcome objections
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor sales strategies to meet customer requirements
- Successfully navigate complex sales cycles and compete against alternative purchase options
- Proven experience in solutions selling (software, research databases) with a focus on Life Science, Pharma, Biotech industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities
- Self-motivated, quick learner, disciplined time management, and result-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
