Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
