Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in the ST3 area. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements
- No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
