Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Worcester store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will also have a strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
