Role Summary

We are looking for a Therapeutic Care Director to lead our efforts in providing high-quality care and services to individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting evidence-based practices and setting professional standards for care and therapeutic engagement.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

About the Position

The Therapeutic Care Director will provide advanced clinical expertise, delivering critical advice, coaching, and constructive feedback to empower clinical teams. You will support and lead on elements of the Trust's clinical safety and reducing restrictive practices programs, coordinating best practices.
