About the Role
We are hiring a qualified Youth Therapist for Long-Term Support to join our team at WhereToTalk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing therapeutic support to 4 young people each week in our Hatfield service. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to promote their growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support 4 young people each week in our Hatfield service by developing strong therapeutic relationships and delivering evidence-based interventions.
  2. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in youth therapy.

Remuneration: £27 per session, dependent on experience.

Service Details: Our Hatfield service operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 4-8pm.
