Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Rephael House, a mental health charity based in North Finchley. The role will involve working with young people aged 11-18, providing long-term support and time-limited sessions.
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase their hours as the service grows. We offer competitive pay from £27/session, depending on experience.
As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them through challenging times and helping them to develop coping strategies. You will also receive regular supervision and peer support via Zoom.
We estimate that this role could earn around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on the number of sessions worked.
