Dietetic Care Coordinator

This Dietetic Care Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people.
You will work under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian, taking responsibility for supporting day-to-day duties, including providing support for therapeutic interventions, collecting and monitoring baseline nutritional data, and reviewing young peoples' nutritional needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and facilitation of a range of training sessions and group work.
- Collect data for audit or research purposes and record information accurately.
- Promote healthy eating to young people within a nutrition education framework.
Requirements
- Experience of working within a CAMHS and/or eating disorder service.
- The NCFE CACHE level 2 Certificate in Healthcare Support Services or The NCFE CACHE level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of nutrition and dietetics as it relates to eating disorders.
