Resident Care Coordinator

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the care team in delivering high standards of personal care.
- Working collaboratively with residents, their relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
- Providing supervision and supporting staff development as required.
- Identifying and addressing any changes to resident wellbeing and care plans.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to respond to changing situations.

- A competitive salary of £13 per hour.
