The Role:
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with daily living tasks.
- Support the training and supervision of junior staff members in all aspects of their work.
- Respond to nurse call systems, provide assistance as required, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Report on the well-being of residents and liaise with GPs and support managers as needed.
- Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to residents, arranging rotas to meet their care requirements.
- Complete records to a satisfactory standard, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
