Experienced Social Care Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate social care professional to join our team at Liquid Personnel.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess the social care needs of patients in low secure care and provide high-quality interventions and treatments to address those needs as outlined in patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health and social assessments and deliver effective interventions in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to coordinate holistic care for a defined group of service users.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to young people with complex mental health and psychological needs.
- Social Work England registration is essential.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Social Work, including time within Forensic Mental Health services, is preferred.
- Experience of multi-agency working is highly valued.
- Degree-level or equivalent qualification in Social Work is necessary.
This is a full-time position with 5 days on site, ensuring a consistent and supportive presence for our patients.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced Social Workers.
