Supervising Social Worker

As a Supervising Social Worker with Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families. Our Foster Carers are dedicated individuals who provide love, care, and support to children in need, and we are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular supervision visits to our Foster Carers, providing support, guidance, and feedback to help them deliver high-quality care. You will also be responsible for attending court case conferences, working with colleagues to ensure the appropriate placement and movement of children, and delivering training to Foster Carers. Additionally, you will be required to maintain full compliance with organisational policies and procedures, participate in regular supervision sessions and annual appraisals, and update the database to reflect current practice matters. We estimate that a salary of £40,500-£45,000 per annum would be commensurate with the duties and requirements of this position.
