Personal Care Assistant

As a Complex Care Assistant with Enviva Complex Care in Hatfield, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care and support to a young client with complex needs. With a passion for F1, motorsport, art, TV, and film, our client is pursuing a degree at The University of Hertfordshire. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated female care assistants to work 12-hour day and waking night shifts on a full-time, part-time, or ad hoc live-in care basis to cover leave.
About the Role- Provide personal and clinical care to ensure the well-being of our clients
- Assist clients with their studies, hobbies, social activities, and trips out
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a genuine interest in caring for individuals with complex needs. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
