Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Avery Healthcare's Acacia Mews Care Home in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a supportive environment, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Personal Care: Assist residents with their personal hygiene and recognize and report any clinical risks.
- Collaborating with the Care Team: Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
- Maintaining Resident Dignity: Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
What You Need:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliability: Carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be an efficient worker.
