Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator in our Children's Therapeutic Care service. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children and young people to deliver person-centred care and therapeutic interventions.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and implement individual care plans and therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches. Excellent communication skills and previous experience in mental health or eating disorder services are essential.
As a Care Coordinator, you can expect to earn an estimated £22 per hour (PAYE inclusive) + uplifts for nights and weekends. Flexible shifts tailored to your schedule and weekly payroll for convenience will also be available.
