Job Summary
As a Person-Centred Support Coordinator at Ambient Support Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best interests of our clients are met. This challenging yet rewarding role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of care principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide person-centred support to clients in a care setting
- Assess client needs, develop tailored support plans, and implement effective solutions to promote independence and well-being
- Work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, and risks are minimised

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care management or leadership position
- Relevant qualification such as a Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Excellent leadership skills, strong understanding of care principles, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
