About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Germanspeaking Customer Service Representative to work with a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of German language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
