Customer Support Coordinator

Zest Recycle is seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling routine and complex inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and Weighsoft, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Escalate complex or unusual customer inquiries to senior team members for guidance and support.
- Record customer interactions and feedback using Case Logs in Weighsoft, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Update and maintain accurate service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers.
- Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Collaborate with the Finance department, customers, and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare quotations and source solutions for new waste streams, working closely with the Head of Operations and Account Managers.
- Support the Month-end invoice process, ensuring timely and accurate supplier information is obtained.
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with senior individuals.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
