Zest Recycle is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling routine inquiries, and supporting the sales team in delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and Weighsoft, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Escalate complex or unusual customer inquiries to senior team members for guidance and support.
- Record customer interactions and complaints using Case Logs in Weighsoft, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Update and amend service schedules to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
- Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare quotations and source solutions for new waste streams under the direction of the Head of Operations and Account Managers.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, including attending site meetings and planning sessions.
- Previous experience in office administration, with a strong focus on customer service and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using Weighsoft and other software applications.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, able to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
