Customer Support Coordinator

Zest Recycle is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and Weighsoft, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Escalate complex or unusual customer inquiries to senior team members for guidance and support.
  • Record customer interactions and complaints using Case Logs in Weighsoft, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Update and amend service schedules to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare quotations and source solutions for new waste streams under the direction of the Head of Operations and Account Managers.
  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, including attending site meetings and planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration, with a strong focus on customer service and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using Weighsoft and other software applications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, able to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
