Job Title: Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Lettings Inventory Team as a Team Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating property visits, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

* Coordinate property visits for our team of Inventory Clerks
* Manage and respond to queries from tenants and landlords
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and their team
* Ensure all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are recorded accurately

Requirements:

* Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
* Prioritization and time management skills
* Strong IT skills and ability to work across different software platforms
