Job Title: Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Lettings Inventory Team as a Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing property visit appointments, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize property visit appointments for our team of Inventory Clerks.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and their team.
- Manage and respond to queries from tenants and landlords.
- Coordinate diaries with team members to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
- Prioritization and time management skills to allocate time appropriately for critical tasks.
- Strong IT skills to work across different software platforms.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules when necessary due to unexpected circumstances or change in priorities.
What We Offer:
- Basic pay between £19,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.
- Quarterly bonuses and other financial incentives.
- 20 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, increasing after continuous service.
- Additional day off for your birthday (if this falls on your working day).
Working Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week, 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
