Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Property Coordinator to join our team at Crux Careers in Brentwood.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Inventory Clerks and Senior Inventory Clerks. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing property visit appointments, releasing deposits, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property visit appointments with Inspection Clerks
  • Release deposits for Inventory Clerks once negotiations are completed
  • Provide vital administrative support to Senior Inventory Clerks and their team
  • Offer excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Manage and respond to queries from tenants and landlords

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous industry experience (full training will be provided)
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a paperless office environment
