Job Title: Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Lettings Inventory Team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing property visit appointments, providing administrative support to the Senior Inventory Clerks, and managing queries from tenants and landlords.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing property visit appointments on behalf of our Inspection Clerks.
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and their team.
- Managing and responding to queries from tenants and landlords.
Requirements:
- Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a paperless office.
