Service Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client call-out requests within agreed service level agreements
  • Organize the engineer's diary, daily and weekly
  • Process service sheets and follow up with clients for outstanding quotes
  • Check against purchase orders and update relevant paperwork
  • Scan documentation and upload it to the system
  • Prepare information on jobs completed daily
  • Update sub-contractor contract forms
  • Process quotes for clients
  • Raise purchase orders for approved quotes
  • Set up files and manuals for new clients
  • Process weekly reports and prepare for invoicing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Able to drive due to the location
