Zest Recycle is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to new, existing, and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle routine telephone and email enquiries, processing orders via Weighsoft with supervision or direction as required.
- Elevate unusual or complex telephone and email enquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Record customer queries and complaints using Case Logs in Weighsoft.
- Update and amend service schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with service providers to resolve day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the Finance department, customers, and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
- Prepare quotations with direction from the Head of Operations and Account Managers.
- Source solutions for new waste streams with guidance from the Head of Operations.
- Liaise with relevant individuals to fulfill new enquiries/orders.
- Research new solutions to different customer requests under the direction of the department head.
- Fulfill customers' administrative processes, including attendance at sites to assist with planning meetings.
- Set up new supplier accounts.
- Liaise with Account Managers and Account Directors for advice and support on client accounts.
- Support the Month-end invoice process, ensuring supplier information is obtained on time.
- Previous office administration experience and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in providing customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks to balance the needs and priorities of different areas of the role.
- Willingness to grow the role and take on new challenges.
