Customer Support Coordinator

Join Zest Recycle, a dynamic recycling and waste management broker, as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to new, existing, and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle routine telephone and email enquiries, processing orders via Weighsoft with supervision or direction as required.
  • Elevate unusual or complex telephone and email enquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Record customer queries and complaints using Case Logs in Weighsoft.
  • Update and amend service schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with service providers to resolve day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department, customers, and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
  • Prepare quotations with direction from the Head of Operations and Account Managers.
  • Source solutions for new waste streams with guidance from the Head of Operations.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals to fulfill new enquiries/orders.
  • Research new solutions to different customer requests under the direction of the department head.
  • Fulfill customers' administrative processes, including attendance at sites to assist with planning meetings.
  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Account Directors for advice and support on client accounts.
  • Support the Month-end invoice process, ensuring supplier information is obtained on time.
Requirements:
  • Previous office administration experience and excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience in providing customer service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Advanced PC literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter with initiative and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to plan and organise tasks to balance the needs and priorities of different areas of the role.
  • A willingness and aptitude to grow the role and take on new challenges.
