Lead Children's Service Provider

We are seeking an experienced Lead Children's Service Provider to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to children in our residential home.
About the Role:
The Lead Children's Service Provider will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, as well as monitoring and evaluating their performance.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care, experience managing residential children's homes, and ideally be registered with Ofsted and familiar with their regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including initial bonuses and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
