As a key figure in our team at CV-Library, we're seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead to manage our Children's Services department. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of professionals and be accountable for ensuring high-quality practice with children, young people, and families.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about promoting equality of opportunity and joint working with other teams across the Council and partners, ensuring timely and suitable outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of a team of professionals
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people
  • Managing risk and meeting key performance targets

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to be fully registered with Remedy Medical for all locum positions.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Additionally, you'll receive referral bonuses, double payrolls each week, and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting your career growth and well-being.
