Pertemps is recruiting experienced Social Workers to join Liverpool's Children's QA Team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of social care services. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Team Manager or Practice Improvement/QA specialist within statutory children's social work settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Auditing: Participate in audits with other teams and departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitating Live Audits: Organize and lead live audits to assess the effectiveness of social care processes.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Producing High-Quality Reports: Create detailed reports highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate initiative to drive quality assurance initiatives forward. This role involves working on-site a minimum of 3 days a week to build strong relationships with teams and embed quality assurance practices.
