Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and external agents in a confident and personable manner, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of our hotel rooms and facilities to recommend rates and packages tailored to guests' preferences and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our front office team to maintain seamless operations and uphold our high standards of service.
  • Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in managing reservations and ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Uphold Knightsbridge Hotel's reputation for excellence by consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:
