Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent at SUSHISAMBA GROUP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from initial enquiry to dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate guest reservations, ensuring seamless communication and timely confirmations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure accurate and efficient reservation management, maximizing sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with restaurant operations, including menu offerings, promotions, and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management systems and IT software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
