About the Role:

At Holmes Hotel London, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance and Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of our hotel, including routine spot checks of equipment and promoting a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular spot checks of equipment to identify and report any issues or defects.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly and helpfully to their requests and queries.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Share our values: Confidence, Understanding, Playful, Curious, Elegant, Easy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting.
  • Strong maintenance and repair skills, with the ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and other team members.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
