About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Executive to join our dynamic Rooms Department team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our unwavering commitment to exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating effectively with your team to achieve shared goals and uphold established operational standards.
  • Providing guests with personalized and attentive service, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Proactively anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations through thoughtful gestures and solutions.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering teamwork and mutual respect.
