Mac Recruit Group Accountancy & Finance Division is supporting a leading organisation in Ayrshire to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves working onsite.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the purchase ledger process. Key areas of the role include:
- Accurately processing supplier invoices and payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with reporting and month-end activities
- Addressing supplier queries regarding invoices and payments
- Processing petty cash and expenses
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Skills Required
A strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organisational and time management skills are also required. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem-solving skills are also important.
Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £27,500 alongside excellent benefits.
