**Job description - Office Administration/Receptionist
- 22.5 hrs**
**Monday
- Wednesday 9am-5pm**
We are looking for an **Office Administration/Receptionist** for our friendly care home in Troon. As Office Administrator/Receptionist you will be the face of Suncourt House and you must be sensitive to our customer’s needs.
The role will be a part time(job share) 22.5 hours per week.
**Admin Duties**
- To mainly generate sales invoices and collect client/council fees.
- Input Purchase ledger invoices
- To undertake supplier statement & bank reconciliations
- To manage payroll
- Sage Input
- To assist with filing and document management
- Debt management
- Updating current occupancy charts and client/council income spreadsheets
- To undertake any other duty deemed necessary within the office environment
**Customer Service Duties**
- To use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers both at Reception and on the telephone
- To answer calls into the office and deal with customer enquiries
- To support and assist colleagues
**To become part of our team you must have the below Skills and Qualifications**:
- Essential - Flexibility
- Essential - Experience in undertaking sales ledger and purchase ledger and also experience in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll.
- An understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- Good IT skills and confident in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person
- Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work in a small office environment
- Able to respond to changing priorities
- Able to manage a high-volume workload
- Willingness to accept responsibility
- Good standard of education (minimum of good GCSE levels or equivalent in English and maths)
